Meredith Wipf

SHE/HER/HERS LMHP, LCSW

Meredith is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from South Dakota State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

With eight years of dedicated service as a School Social Worker for middle school students in Omaha Public Schools, Meredith brings deep experience in supporting youth during a critical time in their development. 


She is passionate about helping young people navigate the challenges of adolescence and build meaningful, empowered lives. Her approach is strengths-based and solution-focused, working collaboratively with clients to highlight their resilience and discover paths forward.

Meredith also brings personal and professional insight into the experiences of individuals involved in foster care and adoption systems in Nebraska. She is particularly committed to supporting those navigating these complex systems with compassion and understanding.

Currently pursuing certification in Somatic Trauma Therapy, Meredith integrates mind-body practices into her work to help clients regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with themselves in healing ways. She specializes in working with youth ages 10 and up, LGBTQ+ individuals, and adults seeking support for life transitions, trauma, identity, and emotional wellness.
