Sarah Wilch

SHE/HER/HERS LIMHP

Sarah Wilch, LIMHP, is an experienced and compassionate therapist who blends traditional psychotherapy with integrative, body-centered approaches. With over 20 years in the mental health field, Sarah incorporates mindfulness, breath work, yoga, and meditation into her sessions to support clients in managing anxiety, trauma, depression, and grief. Her work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Process Therapy, and she brings a calming presence and sense of humor to every session. Sarah’s approach is holistic and deeply rooted in the belief that healing occurs when the mind and body are treated as one.

She creates a nurturing space where clients can explore their inner experiences and find new ways to navigate life’s challenges. Outside of her practice, Sarah enjoys time in nature, painting, reading, and sharing creative adventures with her three sons. As a breast cancer survivor, she brings both professional wisdom and personal resilience to her work.
