Marti has worked in a variety of settings to include: adolescent residential care, outpatient therapy serving dually diagnosed adults and adolescents. Her counseling experience ranges from treating adults, adolescents and families. She also has experience in working with the older adult population.

One of her specialty areas is substance abuse. Marti provides substance abuse evaluations and recommendations. Marti is also trained in EMDR Therapy. She offers a personalized approach to her clients to assist them in meeting their individual goals.
