Amber Jurgensmeier is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Professional (LIMHP), a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Social Work at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Amber has worked with at-risk youth for over a decade. It is Amber’s goal to provide support and guidance for adolescents as well as young adults in their successful transition into adulthood.
Most recently, Amber has found her passion and success working with the child population. She is a registered play therapist-supervisor (RPT-S) and has a passion for helping parents create a home environment that results in success for the parent and the child.
Amber is also a certified EMDR therapist and she is a licensed drug and alcohol counselor. As a licensed alcohol and drug counselor, Amber has experience providing substance abuse evaluations for adolescents.
