Rebecka Brott

SHE/HER/HERS LMHP, LCSW

Rebecka Brott is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned a Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Nebraska in Omaha. She began her career working with health and human services and the foster care system. Since becoming a therapist, Rebecka has continued to work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, and life changes. Rebecka incorporates a variety of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and expressive arts. With additional training in somatic practices and Brainspotting, she integrates mind-brain-body techniques to heal. Her creative collaborative approach empowers clients to explore their healing at their own pace, fostering growth and self-discovery.

Rebecka is open to meeting with clients ages 13 and up, experiencing anxiety, depression, and mood concerns. She particularly enjoys supporting individuals who want to focus on stress management and self-acceptance. She encourages the use of expressive arts and mindfulness in therapy.
