Andrea Degner

She/her/hers LIMHP, lcsW, LISW (IA)

Andrea is a fully licensed independent mental health practitioner, licensed clinical social worker and licensed independent social worker (IA). She has worked in Human Services with the youth for 5 years and adults for 12 years. She has experience with both the juvenile and criminal court systems; as well as, 10 years working specifically with clients who struggle with substance abuse. Andrea specializes in working with clients ages 13 and up, who may be struggling with depression, anxiety and mood disorders. She welcomes all genders, sexual orientations and ethnicities. 

Rebecka Brott

Rebecka Brott is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned a Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Nebraska in Omaha. While earning her degree, Rebecka completed one of her two internships with Compassionate Minds Therapy. Rebecka has years of experience in health and human services and child welfare settings working with children, families, and systems.

Lisa Dunlavy

Lisa Dunlavy is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Professional Drug and Alcohol Counselor. She received her Bachelors of Science in Health Science at Bellevue University, Bachelors of Arts in Nursing at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and she received her Master’s of Social Work at Walden University. Lisa has worked in the medical, mental health, and addictions fields for seven years. She has interned and worked in a variety of settings to include: at-risk adolescent transitional homes and outpatient therapy serving dually diagnosed adults.

Kristen Rosenberg

Kristen Rosenberg is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She has been practicing in the social work and mental health field for over 10 years. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology at Milligan College and went on to get her Master’s of Social Work at East Tennessee State University. Kristen has come alongside a variety of individuals in her years of experience - couples struggling with various issues such as infidelity, growing apart or poor communication, individuals and families dealing with grief, terminal illness and end of life care.

Karen Gustafson

“My goal is to offer each client a positive experience, so they see counseling as a viable tool for working through a problem.” Karen is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and a National Board-Certified Counselor (NCC).

Michelle Wilhelm

Michelle Wilhelm is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Nationally Certified Counselor. She received a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Nebraska Omaha as well as a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of West Florida.

Susan Walsh

Susan Walsh is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Professional (PLMHP) and a Provisionally Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PLCSW). She received her Bachelor Degree in Human Service Counseling at Wayne State College and Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Susan has 20 years experience in the Human Services field working with child welfare and the juvenile court system.

Harsha Duggirala

I strongly believe that inside every person are the strengths and lived experiences that make us unique and equipped to handle challenges. Sometimes we just need a little direction to see it. While I mainly focus on trauma and attachment-focused therapies, I utilize an eclectic approach that caters to each client. Counseling isn't one-size-fits-all.

Beth is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP). She has over 25 years experience in the mental health and behavioral health fields. She is licensed as a mental health therapist. She has worked at various levels of care, from outpatient therapy to residential treatment. Beth has worked with people who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, substance use, suicidality, self-harming, self-esteem, and those working through life situations.

Beth believes that there are a multitude of factors that affect our daily lives and sometimes people just need someone to talk to when things get hard. She can lend an empathetic ear; help develop new skills to deal with life stressors and can confront irrational thinking patterns. Beth offers individual therapy to those 19 years and older.

Norma Ngute is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP, who strongly believes that overall health begins with one’s mental state. It is of great importance to me to help provide what is needed to nurture the mind, for an overall better well-being. Developing a therapeutic, trusting and non judgmental relationship with my patients is a great priority. With 9 years experience as a bedside registered nurse, I pride myself in being a compassionate, empathetic, and a good listener. My diverse background provides a solid foundation for cultural competence which translates to individualized care for each patient.
